“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Came in today for an oil change and I was greeted by a nice young man named Ben who was the manager I found out, he let me know some issues with my car and who to go to for help for mechanical issues, they where very quick to get me in and out as well. will defiantly be coming back for all my oil changes!”

“Cheap, only $1,00 to start. Only get 2 minutes 20 seconds for that $1, but each quarter put in after that first $1 adds a decent amount of time. Great car wash. I've been coming here for 30 years, and will continue to do so.”

Also there was a nice lady that was working and didnt even get upset when I pulled up 15 minutes before close. And I am thankful because my car needed vacuuming as well.”

“Today's review of Tommy’s is about two hard-working Men. I will start with the positives but I do have a couple of suggestions/negatives that would really make a big difference in my opinion. I got my car washed, then vacuumed it, and used the mat washer. One of my favorite things about this location is being able to park under the trees in the shade on a hot day to keep you cooler. I have molded plastic mats and have never used the mat washer before. I asked Kaden if my mats would work in the washer and he let me know they would. I asked him if he would be willing to show me how to use it. He was currently cleaning garbage cans. He said absolutely, stopped what he was doing, and walked right over with me. Explained how to put them in and started the machine for me. He then waited to see if I needed any more help. Josh, another team member, was working on Vacuums and garbage cans and was extremely friendly, greeting me with a smile. I had a few questions for him, and he was so helpful and professional. So the negative/suggestions would be. 1. There is no soap in the mat cleaners. There is supposed to be but this location doesn't order it and put it in. It would make a huge difference in cleaning the mat in my opinion as my Mat was run through twice and just came out wet. 2. It would be great to have an air hose blower by the vacuums. Other locations have this and it is very helpful to get into cracks and crevices in your car. 3. The dryers are not very strong or on for long. They have you pull off before your car gets a chance to dry.
With all of that said two awesome employees who went out of their way to be helpful and kind make all the difference. It makes you want to return to a carwash that doesn’t meet all your expectations.”
