“This place rocks! I'm someone who usually just leaves reviews if my experience was either horrible or exceptional, and here, it was exceptional. First time stopping in, and everyone was friendly and professional. The service was fast, and they were honest with me about my air filter being good until the next oil change (Valvoline tried to get me to change it last time). Highly recommend!”
“Interior cleaning was great, exterior clay and wax wasn’t thorough on my front fenders. Also, the seat belt latch to keep the alarm from going off on the passenger seat is missing.
Updated: the owner reached out to me and asked me to bring my jeep by for him to look at. The next day he made everything right. Thank you for having such great customer service!”
“Came in today for an oil change and I was greeted by a nice young man named Ben who was the manager I found out, he let me know some issues with my car and who to go to for help for mechanical issues, they where very quick to get me in and out as well. will defiantly be coming back for all my oil changes!”
“Quick friendly service. Got a trailer washout and was in and out in a half hour. I was surprised at how nice it looked after they got done so fast.
The lady that helped me was very nice even though they were quite busy at the time.”
“I used to wear lots of sun block on my arms and ended up staining the upholstery and console panels in both our cars. I tried several times to remove the stains but was unsuccessful. I brought my Chevy Bolt in to Shiny Diamond and spoke to Adam, the owner. We arranged an appointment for the following week. I dropped off the car on Thursday and picked it up Friday morning. It’s like having a new car. Adam and his team did a great job; all the stains are gone!
I’d never dealt with Shiny Diamond before and was hoping they’d would honor the quote Adam had given me the previous week. I was charged exactly what was quoted. I plan to bring my Santa Fe in next week for the same treatment.”
“I just had my Ford Explore detailed and I can not get over how great of a job they did. My car looks brand new! I mean, the carpet doesn't have any dirt or hair in it, the leather looks new! I will be coming back and I will let everyone know how great they do.
The only down fall is the parking lot is quite small and can be a little tricky if there are other vehicles, but is not that big of a deal!”
“Great experience today. Attendants were very welcoming and friendly. The vacs worked great and not plugged up. The hot wax was great today. Looks like you were able to fix the consistency issue. Again, would be great to add more blowers to dry off the vehicle, but I understand constraints.
The only thing I would recommend, and I don’t know if it’s possible, but it would be great to have the person directing you in to spray down your vehicle a little better. It used to be that way, but now it just a light spray, which I assume is something for bug splatters. A nice solid pre-spray would be great to get any sand or particles off the vehicle before you go through the wash.
All in all, the Mister Car wash on Plainfield is the best one around. hands down!”

“I drive a truck attendant used to spray the front and back helps in a better wash but now I notice a problem with my truck getting as clean around the back window and panel. It seams like they're moving the next car in to quick. Janet Anderson and the price is getting a little bit high for service . I rated to much should been 4”

“I can't believe that I haven't left a review for this place yet! This is honestly the only car wash I like going to, even though I live across town from it now. They have powerful, consistently working vacuums and an effective car mat washing station. The different car washes they offer are priced reasonably for how well they clean your car. Admittedly, sometimes I have to go over some of the spots that the brushes didn't quite get, like in the corners of my mirrors. Overall, I really enjoy getting my car washed here!
Also, I think someone paid for my car wash today, and I don't have another place where I can express my gratitude. So, thank you very much, kind stranger!”

“No matter what the line looks like, you will never be there for more than 10-15 mins, and that’s INCLUDING your time actually going through the wash! We can’t forget to mention the FREE vacuums that are available to anybody, membership holder or not! I haven’t gone to another car wash in at least 7-10 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“My car actually got fully clean! Unlike the Greenville location, the overhead spinners fully engaged so that the whole car, including the windshield was properly cleaned. When I spoke to the Greenville manager/owner? when he called me after I left a negative review, he acted as if I was stupid and said that none of that equipment can engage on my car “because it could rip off the roof racks”…that excuse after those same mechanisms had washed my car for literally years. But back to your location…I especially really liked how well the cloth strips worked on the car—I wish all locations had those! Anyway, long story short—your location did an excellent job on my car, and I sincerely appreciate it!”
“I have a Speedy Wash monthly membership, and I get my oil changes there as well. Great service, great friendly staff, and conveniently located. I was vacuuming my vehicle the other day and the manager came up and introduced himself to me and to thank me for my loyalty using them. I was very impressed he took time out of his day to say hello. (Plus he gave me some car wipes and an air freshener!) Above and beyond! Thank you!”

“Used the touchless auto wash for the first time this morning. I work nights, so I struggled to find places to wash the vehicle that are actually open at night on my days off. The touchless wash did a great job, honestly I think it did better than some of the auto drive-throughs I've been to. The only issue I had was that the dryers didn't really seem to drive the vehicle; I still had water running down my windshield after leaving - but that's a very minor issue. Definitely will be using the wash again in the future.”
