First time stopping in, and everyone was friendly and professional. The service was fast, and they were honest with me about my air filter being good until the next oil change (Valvoline tried to get me to change it last time). Highly recommend!”

“Came in today for an oil change and I was greeted by a nice young man named Ben who was the manager I found out, he let me know some issues with my car and who to go to for help for mechanical issues, they where very quick to get me in and out as well. will defiantly be coming back for all my oil changes!”

“Just wanted to thank both the owner and maintenance guy at the Knapp location for both being class acts.
My 40+ year old van decided it didn’t like getting wet and wouldn’t start for me Saturday night as the evening settled in and I completed my wash. The maintenance guy offered some insights and assistance to me to get the van rolling again, and with some patience, I was rolling again but the man was gone for me to thank before I left. If he’s been working for ya for 25 years that’s definitely telling, props to you.

“Spilled coffee creamer in my passenger seat and they got me on and out . Came in just for a quick clean and they exceeded my expectation. My seat looked brand new so I booked a whole detail.”
“Brought my very dirty trailer here to get washed. They wash the trailer by hand and did a tremendous job getting some stuff off of the trailer. Looked brand new again! Don't go by these truck drivers that bring a filthy trailer that hasn't been washed since the last DOT inspection and expect a brand new truck for little payment! These guys will get your trailer or RV looking like it just came off the showroom floor!!
By the way, the replies to some of these ignorant unwarranted one star reviews are priceless!!!”

“Everything is fantastic. The only thing I would change is sometimes the vehicle behind me is inches from my bumper. The people guiding us should ensure there is a few feet because if the person in front isn't paying attention at the end, the vehicle behind them will get pushed into them.”

“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”
