“I am a new customer working with my bank as a second party. We set up autopay on both my home and auto policies. My auto policy had no issues but my home policy failed since the autopay was approved too close to the payment date. I was never given a notice that my payment was past due. Instead I received a letter of cancellation and a fine a few days before the cancellation was going to happen. I quickly paid my insurance, and followed up with the company via email explaining that the autopay failed, and I had only just gotten a notice. They replied and claimed responsibility, waived the late fee, and explained the failure in detail. They assured me that this failure would not happen again. I am thankful for the explanation and the level of customer service I received!”
