“Tony and the guys here are great. This is the opposite of the classic disgruntled/grumpy/dirty mechanic shop where you're made to feel kinda dumb for not understanding everything or asking about prices.
Not here. First off to book an appointment is a breeze, and precise. When you leave your car there with a problem, you get a text/email with a link that takes you to a full run-down of their diagnosis with 'accept/approve' and 'deny/pass' options with pricing for each item; no hidden nonsense. As a business owner I know that took an investment in tech, and I'm sure its paid off for these guys. Second, you're greeted respectfully and given a run down of the work allowing you to ask any questions; even price breakdown, without getting an attitude. Lastly, though the building is small, they offer you coffee/water, few places to sit, and chat if you want to wait for a simpler service (oil change, etc.).”

The ones that have zero personal skills but are car wizards, the ones that have flashy showroom/waiting room that you just know you are paying for in the end, the ones that are great with repairs at an unbeatable price but they can't get you in for 2 weeks.... I Do my own work 80% of the time. What I'm getting at is I sorta know what's out there

“This was the only shop in the area that actually gave me a clear, honest price for my brake service—not just a vague range. They took the time to show me exactly what my brakes looked like, explained what was happening, and even compared it to how they should look. Most places don’t let you see or understand what’s being fixed, so that transparency meant a lot.
They also fit me in the same day and got started on my car right away when I arrived. The whole team was kind, professional, and efficient.
For context, I called several other shops (including Firestone) and every one of them only gave me a range of $400–$600—with no clear reason for the price difference. Getting a straightforward, flat price here was a huge relief. Thank you for your honesty and great service!”

“Best oil change ever! Did not try to sell me anything other than the oil change I asked for. Brought me a cold water and even greased the door hinges which has never happened before. Encouraged me to come back by anytime to top of fluids and have my tire pressure checked. Mile the manager could not have been more friendly!”
“The shop was very responsive and understanding of the situation once I got my insurance and claim number involved. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on here but a lot of factors can delay the process of fixing one’s car. We live in a time of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for heritage collision taking the reigns with my insurance and getting the quotes and estimates it would put the problem on me to find another repair shop. Yes they did a great job on the repair and communication was key. Mike did a great job but I only just got back the car. The timeline was over a week for me. I will comment on this post in a couple weeks if there is feedback on things that might have been missed. For now the car looks great in the pics below. Thank you again for all the help.”
“My husband and I have been taken our cars here for years for our oil changes. So it was natural to take my parent's jeep here when it was starting to leak oil.
