“These guys helped me in a big wall. Had a side wall blowout on my BMW on the way to the airport after hitting a nasty pothole. They were kind enough to throw on a nice gently used tire (they didn’t have in stock a brand new tire of what I needed), which was perfect to get me to the airport, and the drive back home two hours north after returning to the area. Super nice guys who easily could’ve overpriced something under the circumstances, but they were awesome and I would never hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to the whole team for helping me and my wife out of a bind!”

“10/10 service. Mechanic here is very inviting and honest. Needed my brakes and rotors done and he did them for me though they were closed. Didn’t take him long at all and pricing was good. After he finished the job I asked him about replacing my bumper and grill because I was involved in a small accident that primarily messed up the grill, and left some paint from the other vehicle on the bumper. Prior to him informing me that could be wiped off, I wasn’t aware. He wiped off most of the paint from the other vehicle and told me I just needed a slight paint touch up on the bumper, and informed me it wasn’t worth replacing the grill because I’d probably be overcharged anywhere I went for the replacement. He could have just charged me, but he was honest, and even made my bumper look better after he wiped it, and asked for no additional money”

“I am leasing a 2024 Ford Ranger and since the first day (19 months ago), there has been a nail in the back tire (driver side) with very little air loss (put air in maybe 2-3 times in that time). Anyway, took it to half a dozen shops and all said, cant be fixed since it's embedded on the edge of the tread and side wall. I finally said screw it and will live with it. A few months later I had some time and stopped by Lobos (no prior experience with them). I asked if they had a used tire that they could put on? The manager looked at his tires and said yes, but its not the same brand...I said, it needs to be Goodyear Wangler. Anyway, I inquired what a new tire would cost? He looked it up and said $200 installed. I started to ordered it while explaining my story. He said, let's go look at it. He checked it out and said, that's not a problem and we can patch it (no plug but a patch from the inside). I said, 'let's do it' and 45 minutes later, I paid $30 and was on my way...great place and will take all my tire issues to Lobo Tires.”

“Yesterday, I was on my way to an appointment. As I was approaching Newburgh at Michigan Avenue, the tire pressure light came on. One tire was down to 25psi! It was a split second decision to pull into Demmer's Quick Lane center. I'm so glad I did. They were able to check it out immediately and found a nail firmly embedded in the tire. It was removed and patched taking all of ten minutes. I am so thankful for their ability to remedy the situation so quickly. It is very unusual for a Ford Quick Lane Center to take care of an issue so fast. Credit to my service advisor, Kyle, for taking care of things. I made it to my appointment only a few minutes late.
