“My senior father-in-law was almost the victim of a $15,000 scam, but for the attentiveness and care of the teller at the Canton location. As with all scams, he was told that a family member was hurt and in trouble and needed money right away. So, of course, he was ready to give it because of his emotionally elevated state. Fortunately, the teller at DFCU had a clear head and asked him to call us to confirm the situation. Of course, it wasn't true, and he didn't move forward with the withdrawal. If not for the quick thinking and clear head of the teller, he would have lost all that money. Thank you, DFCU, for 'rescuing' my father-in-law from what could have been a horrible situation.”

“Today I had to go inside of the bank to get a voided check for my new job and I was simply amazed. I have never felt so welcomed by a business. The two young woman at the front desk were so pleasant. Kind, caring, smiles for days, extremely approachable which is important to me. They were able to listen to my needs and directed me to the most amazing branch banker I have ever met in my life Tiffiney Weathersby was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met. She helped me get the documents I needed in a flash. I was telling her I had started a new job and she inquired if I had a 401k in which I do that I have yet to do anything with and she recommended I come in and sit down and review my options. I jumped on that because I need direction. She also mentioned some of the cards they offer and the perks that come along with them. No pressure at all just a genuine human sharing her knowledge. To me knowledge is power so I applaud her for that. All in all I never write reviews and I just felt it in my heart to give this woman Tiffiney a glance at how much she can impact someone’s day. She truly made my day and better yet she even gave me a hug. She was just so awesome and deserves to be recognized! Thank you for the great experience Tiffiney Weathersby and PNC bank :)”
