I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“We have used Darby’s Auto Repair for years. The shop is on AnnArbor road in Livonia.. They are very transparent and priced fair. Gary totally explains to you what he is doing and will let you know if something isn’t necessary to fix. We had a tail light go out on the car and Ford wanted $500 for the original part. Gary gave us a choice to get an aftermarket part that fit just fine for way less money. if you want someone that you can trust with your car, who is fair and honest choose Darby Auto Repair.”
“They’ve been great to work with, transporting a vehicle by flat bed for testing to avoid driving it on public roads. Always on time for the scheduled towing I’ve arranged, and the driver was flexible and waited almost an hour when I had some testing take longer than expected. I will use their services again when I need a car transported locally”

“Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”

“I had a cargo trailer pop off the ball on a crack in the road on M14 in the construction zone. (imagine there is a bad road in Michigan) I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Bad Sam roadside assistance, and gave up as they 'tried to find someone'. I called Mayflower Towing, they were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Rick is super smart and helpful and made sure everything was 100% correct, even to the point of follwing me to the next exit to make certain. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are good folks, and do a good job at a very reasonable rate.”
