“Call was answered immediately. The gentleman in the phone was quick and clear in getting the info and dispatching a truck. Alex called a few minutes later saying he would be there shortly. He was polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the problem as well getting the vehicle hooked up quickly and delivered to destination. I really appreciated his demeanor. A great representation for your company.”

“Joe was very pleasant, quick to respond, and gave me a great price. My truck broke down except I also pull a 12’ enclosed trailer for my job so I needed both pulled to my house. It took a bit of finagling but Joe got it figured out. Would definitely recommend.”

“Gary is the first person we have ever gone to and truly trusted that he cares about us and our vehicles! He is fair and works quickly. Gary will tell you if you need to fix something or if it can wait. He is kind and so incredibly helpful. My mom called in to ask him a question and he took the time to explain everything and she wasn't even a customer at the time. We have been to many places, and we will not take our vehicles anywhere else now. Great place, great guy! Thanks Gary!!! Let Livonia know that Darby's is the best place to go!”

“Livonia Towing did an excellent job helping facilitate a very difficult rollback delivery. The situation on-site was not easy, and the contact at the delivery location was extremely rude to the driver. Despite that, the driver, Keith, stayed calm, professional, and focused on getting the job done the right way. It’s rare to see that level of patience and professionalism under pressure. Livonia Towing came through when we needed them and handled a tough situation with class. Highly recommend them for reliable, professional towing and rollback service.”

“Good Father/Son business that has rebuild transmissions in several cars for me in inventory. Have always done their best to stick to what they quote me even when the unforeseen pops up, stands behind their warranty, and have worked with me in navigating part availability issues. Gladly continue to send them work.”
