“I want to make it very clear that I am not giving this particular store five stars I am giving the stores employee five stars. I can’t remember her name, beautiful girl with a southern accent, short beautiful black hair, This woman brightens my day every single time I see her! She is kind, she is always working hard, but most importantly unlike the other employees she treats every single person who walks through the door with respect and greets them with a smile and a how ya doin…I have come into the store and been treated so awful by other employees and even the management, 90% of the time they are too busy to come to the register it is more important for them to talk about their pets in their home wife inside the office, but not this girl! I personally think she should be running that store. To the Corporate office, If you guys are actually smart enough to read these reviews you need to pay attention to this employee because she is amazing and you guys will be fools to lose her!”
“Who needs name brand sandwich cookies when you get 2⅓ pack for less. The amount we save on kids toys: collectables, STEM, the book section. This location has big aisles diverse shelves. And then they got a whole flooring and sleep section in the back. When I have asked for assistance, we are met with friendly informative and helpful staff.”
“The older lady that works there is extremely kind to my toddler. My toddler likely has autism and can be a bit loud at stores and I appreciate her kindness. I will update this review if I catch her name. Very awesome employee.”

“Clean, good prices and nice staff. Nice to have a store in a rural area that does not over charge because they know you will pay extra to save a longer trip. All kinds of merchandise and I prefer several of their store brands to name brand. Best thing to happen to the Maybee area in a really long time.”

“They have just about every little product you need at a reasonable price and they're a lot more durable for the price and almost every place I've been, self-service or or someone to check you out.”
“Did you forget paper towels? Do you need paper plates for a party or some two liters? Candy and snacks? Random household goods? You might not find everything you could ever possibly need at a Family Dollar, but it is reliable and will have the common things (with some fun unexpected items!) that can really save the day and keep you from having to make a big shopping trip. I give it five stars because this location serves this function perfectly, I found what I needed, and the cashier was very nice!”
“The store wasn't packed with people considering it's Christmas time. It was clean and things were in their prospective places. I'll shop here again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have my large jug of Arizona tea that I usually get from here.”

“Place is way better, the staff are way nicer than it used to be. New store manager is amazing but seems like she has a lot going on. As long as she is there she figures out the digital coupon or will even put her number to make sure you get what you’re trying to, even if it doesn’t she will take a item off. The last review was talking about they don’t check sale prices or how they don’t honor sales. Y’all need to stop giving them a hard time just because y’all can’t check the date of the sales. They are understaffed clearly and are trying their hardest. Even if it’s backed up in there the gentleman will even pay for the person if they are having a hard time. The people in there are trying their best and the actual dollar general company is to blame when it comes to usual problems. Hopefully one of them see this, keep up the good work. 👍”
