“Pretty good place. No UPS drop, but they do have FedEx. (There's a UPS at Dollar General on Rawsonville Rd.)They once didn't want to service me because I can't wear a mask. Once I explained though, the woman allowed me to drop off the package.I am thankful that they are in the neighborhood. Closer and less busy than the other FedEx drop point in town.”

“For truck drivers who go there for the first time. If you get off the I 75 at exit 15, Once you get to Detroit Ave you need to turn right on Rose St, than left at Harbor Ave and next left at Telb St. Backing up from the street. Check google maps and street view and be prepared. No real parking to wait. Loaded me very fast.”

“I had a 23 box 1100 lb shipment I brought in this morning. Veronica single handedly dealt with all of the boxes and with a big smile on her face no less. I was stressed and she brought this calming energy that absolutely made my day. I’ve been to 50+ ups stores all over the country and never had that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you Veronica, it really meant a lot. 🙏”
