“Monday when I pick up my truck the $77.42 is Dew you asked them to reset or do something to keypad. That was not covered by the insurance. The manager of the body shop talk to Stone Insurance Company , I guess they sent it to me the check for the $1000.00 deductible as of yesterday I never received it. I just checked the mail yesterday. So Ford Dealer Ship gave me the loaner until Monday. The manager said by Monday they will have it all figured out. They are very kind and helpful here. WOW I'm impressed ?I know I will be taking all my vehicles here. One more thing as I sat down outside, to write this a Gentleman came up to me, asking me if I was okay! Great Customer Service ? “A big thanks to the Manager on duty Saturday 6/7/25. I had a screw in my tire and they swapped it out with my spare in 5 minutes since they could not fix it and I was on my way a hundred miles from home.. A life saver thank you to those guys working on Saturday afternoon for putting the customer first. I hope the store manager will recognize them for the customer good will that they promoted. As a Walmart stock holder I was very impressed at the professionalism that they exhibited handling my situation.
