“Monday when I pick up my truck the $77.42 is Dew you asked them to reset or do something to keypad. That was not covered by the insurance. The manager of the body shop talk to Stone Insurance Company , I guess they sent it to me the check for the $1000.00 deductible as of yesterday I never received it. I just checked the mail yesterday. So Ford Dealer Ship gave me the loaner until Monday. The manager said by Monday they will have it all figured out. They are very kind and helpful here. WOW I'm impressed ?I know I will be taking all my vehicles here. One more thing as I sat down outside, to write this a Gentleman came up to me, asking me if I was okay! Great Customer Service ? You sure don't see that act of caring anymore ? Thank You Very Much. Keep Up The Excellent Work ? your's kindness is Truly Appreciated...... Karla Grenke”

“It was easy to schedule an appointment for my truck. They took good care of it and got the recall done with in a few hours the morning of my appointment time. Thank you for taking care of my truck and of informing me when it was ready for it to be picked up.”
