“As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I’ve seen a lot of businesses, and MSGCU in New Baltimore is consistently excellent! I’ve been banking here since high school, had a car loan through them, and I’m probably going to get my VA loan here too. The building is always clean, the ATMs are reliable (way better than others around here), they have coffee ☕, and the staff is always super nice and smiling. Parking can be a little wishy-washy, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!”
“What a wonderfully amazing experience! We had a fraudulent claim and everyone that was helping us was absolutely amazing. Very understanding, caring, friendly and professional! Jennifer, the branch manager had all of the paperwork prepared for us, Sydney, that worked at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, walked us through the process efficiently. And Josh, when we first called through the helpdesk, was right on top of things and closed things down for us immediately. They were awesome. They address us by name and Amy the manager follows up with us on safety for our account. We just moved to the area and this was our first experience with the branch. They are now our main branch. Wont use another bank.”
