“Ordered an ice tong for my son in law a few years back, owner was very polite and helpful. At the time this was a very small business (which I prefer to do business with instead of big name brand companies), he told me when it would arrive and it was right on time. My son in law has since had it stolen and I am replacing it because he swears it is the best ice tong ever, he is tall and doesn't have to bend over as much.”
