“I grew up coming to this gas station. They have made so many beautiful updates. I interacted with Jack today, he was extremely kind. They offer punch cards for ice cream and coffee. They have seating areas inside and outside. Cute and welcoming place! GO BOB GO!!!”

“I have no disabilities personally nor am I pregnant, but pumps 5 and 6 are disability/pregnancy friendly. This even goes for if you have young children in the vehicle. This is the first time I have personally ever seen this at a gas station but I have posted a picture that you may be able to call someone to help assist you. There is a phone number on this device to call ahead as well as pushbutton to help with assistance and hours of services. I personally believe every gas station should have this option, well done Buddy’s/ BP in Brooklyn.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Susan at your Brooklyn, Michigan store this afternoon. I was having trouble with my CVS ExtraCare Bucks showing up at the register, even though they appeared correctly in my mobile app. Susan went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue.
While single‑handedly managing multiple registers — including three regular lanes and self‑checkout — she still made the time to ensure I received the benefits I had earned. Over the course of roughly 30 minutes, she moved seamlessly from customer to customer, assisting me in between guests without ever making me feel like an inconvenience. She even attempted to call for additional support from the back of the store, but no one came to assist her.
Despite this, Susan remained patient, professional, and determined to help. Her dedication made me feel like a truly valued customer. CVS is fortunate to have someone like Susan representing your brand.”
