From management, maintenance, the up keep , the private entry, full size washer and dryer, the quiet community and the units alone , there is no other place to call home. They are absolutely beautiful. Clinton Place has really stepped it up and these are not just your ordinary apartment they are so much more.

Maintenance is on top of everything. Every request gets completed in a very timely manner. Matt and Andrew are amazing. Very pleasant to deal with.

Emilie the property manager goes WAY ABOVE and BEYOND. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate her. She has been so patient, understanding, helpful, has answered EVERY email sent her way even if it seemed like the same questions over and over have been asked, has stayed on top of our transition to make it a smooth transfer, kept us informed, and she simply takes care of anything and everything. She never makes you feel as if your a bother.You never have to worry as long as Emilie is in charge because she gets things done. She works so hard to keep our community running smoothly and handles everything with such professionalism.

The key behind a successful community, happy tenants, people wanting to renew leases and refer other people is simple....you need to have great management who cares about how the property is handled and Emilie does just that.

Have to say maintenance plays a huge roll as well to a successful community, and happy tenants. Staying on top of work orders and fixing things as quick as possible which they ALWAYS do here makes all the difference. Huge shout out to Matt and Andrew.

“I lived here June 2024-2025 and it was overall a good living experience. My main complaint is that marketing the complex as “luxury” is a bit of a stretch, when the unrenovated apartments look like they haven’t been updated at all since the early 2000s. I lived in an unrenovated 1 bedroom and was shocked that they bumped the rent up to $1440 after I moved out when you can see the dated kitchen flooring peeling up behind the appliances. The common areas (entryway & hallways) in my building smelled horrible with various stains on the carpeting that never got professionally cleaned or replaced, despite my multiple requests to do so. The gym is also kind of sad with aged equipment that needs to be replaced, but still gets the job done for the average person. They marketed tennis courts and a walking trail to me when I first toured this complex—in reality, the tennis courts are so overgrown and totally unmaintained that they’re unusable, and the walking trail is really just a mowed stretch of grass alongside the very loud waterpark immediately next door.

For the price I was paying in rent, I expected better out of the “luxury amenities” the website boasts. That said, the pool is wonderful in the summertime and was always clean when I used it. Neighbors are friendly but quiet. The location is perfect, with Meijer or the beautiful nature trail down the road within walking distance, and a 5 minute drive from Costco. The management and maintenance teams were among the best I’ve had renting, and I really appreciated their patience and quick responses to the various issues I’ve needed addressed. Overall I think what they’re charging is very overpriced for the value (as is the case anywhere in this rental market), but if you want quiet, drama-free living then this is the place to be. Despite my complaints above I don’t regret living here and I’m thankful to have had a primarily pleasant experience!”

Maintenance was prompt, reliable, and handled issues quickly. Moving out to purchase my home was bittersweet, which says a lot about how well-managed this community is. “That’s Crazy. It’s funny that my neighbors that cause the most problems are the ones that put up a bad reviews. Be careful whose reviews you pay attention to, they are always the same ones acting a fool in the lobby, cussing people out expecting respect in return and have eviction notices on their door.

I think every apartment community I have ever lived in had some type of problem, Nobody’s perfect But I see that they try very hard and do their best if things go wrong. But my work orders get done same day Or the next day. The community Is always clean. The pool is always clean. We got 24 hour security with a phone number we can call for emergencies if needed. I love my apartment, I love my view & my balcony, I love that I’m always close to the festivals downtown. I saw it at its worst and I’m seeing it get and better every day. ❤️”

“I have lived here for almost two years and let me just say I love it. As a student this place was easy to get started with, and communication is priority. For full transparency I did have a bug issue, but that is what happens when you live in larger cities, the office was notified and the issue was taken care of quickly along with a follow up treatment just to be sure.

Duana in the office is excellent, she is energetic and seems to really enjoy her job. She values respect so you pay your rent on time and treat her well and she will be your best friend. Never thought I would be sad to leave an apartment complex but this place really is the best.

The apartments have everything you need from in-unit washer and dryer, parking, plenty of Sqft to move around in, as well as nice bedrooms. I would highly recommend moving in here.”
