“We had an excellent experience and wanted to commend Mo'NASIA for an amazing hour representing P*N*C and OPENING an Account. After being disgusted and asking myself WHY I STAY at Huntington ( easy: the 1 Day Grace ) and 1. no call back -though they stated they saw call to Branch 2. BadAttitude and you're NO Lady Gaga 3. RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? WHEN can we do Business) I left. But that's another review. M'Nasia is incredible. Well-versed on products (accounts) , professional, spoke directly to my daughter as well and just EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!!!”

“Never went inside the establishment, but employees? AMAZING!!I was outside & it’s cold and rainy. I locked my keys in my car after my appointment at Epic Smiles, which I live over an hour away from Troy.Curtis took it upon himself to help me with my keys being stuck in my car. He did everything he could, and even paid for roadside assistance for me.I’ll be making a trip over soon enough to repay him for being an angel, I truly didn’t have any help or my wallet.I had a Guardian angel help me today.Pay back with kindness, if you see anyone struggling, stop and help. I can’t wait to come back to this area to repay Curtis. I truly appreciate you man. Much love.”

“Only giving 5 stars so people can read it. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE FROM THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. Went up their with my girlfriend, who is transgender, to cash her check. Was told EBT was not a valid form of identification after she realized my significant was a ts. Little did the ignorant teller know we were told by another PNC that it was. I couldn't believe that an African-American woman could be so hateful and persecute someone for being different. Needless to say we've put in a complaint with both the BBB and PNC higher ups. Such bigotry shouldn't be allowed in a professional business.”

She walked us through the amounts of money we had in different accounts, what different investment funds we should consider, briefly discussed our future goals, and set us up with a financial advisor to further our investment strategy and plan. The Charles Schwab environment made us feel comfortable with the investment direction we are going in.”

“Today 2/1/23 I contacted the PNC branch in Sterling Heights at Mound Road and M-59 about a fraudulent charge on my January 2023 banking statement for $40.97.They confirmed my identity, took down the details and forwarded me to the Fraud department and advised that my PNC credit card would be shutdown, they would research the fraudulent charge and a new credit card would be issued soon.I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and their employees. As always T’anna and her team did a great job!! I can’t imagine banking anywhere else!”
