“Met salesman Ali at the door. He was relaxed, and low key, we explained what we needed, a new mattress, and possibly a new bedroom set. Ours is 41 years old and poor quality. Spent ample time helping us pick a mattress and was very knowledgeable about the choices and the good and bad, depending on sleeping styles, body types. Ended up with a great mattress and a beautiful bedroom set. When we do our kitchen set next I WILL as for him. Great experience Carl and Janine”

“Foam n More did a great job with communication from my very first inquiry, which was a detail question. And then many back and forth as I determined what I wanted. They responded quickly to all. Once I decided their paperwork was very thorough, not only because the cut pieces are not returnable. They wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I Wanted to they estimated a much longer wait time based on my custom cut and my pieces wound up coming with in 4 days f when I placed the order. The prices were very fair and shipping I understand, while not about weight, some foam pieces are challenging to box, wrap, or prepare in some other way for transport. Great experience all around. I will definitely use them again and recommend.”

“I can't thank Carl enough with an improperly sized mattress and box spring my 91 yoa uncle chose to purchase. Health care providers noticed the issue and advised me of this finding. Carl went beyond customer service and took care of the issue by personally delivering a properly sized box spring and remediating the issue. “We stopped into Jasen's on a whim to shop for new living room furniture. Can't believe I've passed this store many times and have never been in! After checking out the big box stores, we were disappointed with the quality and overwhelmed by pushy salespeople. We were looking for Made in USA furniture that is within our budget and style preference. Jasen's had exactly what we were looking for! We were super pleased with the service we received from the entire staff - they went over and above for us. They've earned our business and we recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality furniture from a local business who truly cares about their customers.”

“Absolutely outstanding experience! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Livernois Appliances, and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. The owner, Hassan, is an incredibly genuine, down-to-earth person who truly cares about his customers. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and listened to my needs. He took the time to explain the various options, gave expert advice without any pressure, and ensured I got the best deal. The selection of appliances was top-notch, with high-quality products at competitive prices. What stood out the most was Hassan's knowledge and passion for what he does — it's clear he’s in this business because he loves helping people, not just making a sale. Delivery was prompt, and the installation was flawless. I was even able to ask follow-up questions after my purchase, and he responded with the same helpfulness and dedication. The whole experience was stress-free, and it’s rare to find such personalized and genuine service these days. If you’re in need of any appliances, look no further! I highly recommend Livernois Appliances and Hassan for his exceptional customer care and top-tier products. I will definitely be returning for any future needs and will recommend him to everyone I know. A true 10/10 experience!”

Very happy with our experience.”

“Working with Mark N. was a fantastic experience and he came highly recommended for good reason. Customer Service was great. Someone to greet me at the door. Comparable pricing to box box stores, but an actual family experience and attentive. The delivery guys were quick, no bumps or damage to my home, spoke clearly, dressed professionally, and called well before to let us know on arrival. All around great experience, and I will be back for all major purchases again in the future.”
