“Worked with Chuck Harb recently when buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Chuck made the experience painless. Car shopping is never a fun thing to do, but Chuck made it simple. He was able to communicate via text message throughout the process which allowed me to not have to sit at the dealership for hours on end. This dealership is honest about their pricing up front. They do have a small amount of room to work with you on the price. Typically other dealers will add in a bunch of fees and miscellaneous charges when you get to the numbers part of the deal, but not Chuck and his team. Even on his day off, he was able to setup a test drive for me. I pulled up to the lot, and the suv I wanted to drive was pulled up and ready to go. They gave me the keys, and let me take it for a spin without having anyone ride with me telling me where to go. I enjoyed that experience.
If you need a great new or used vehicle, please go and ask for Chuck. The man can get the deal done for you in no time and is quick to answer any and all questions. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his inventory and doesn’t mess around with making sure you get exactly everything you need. For me personally, it’s the service after the sale that’s huge. “We have been talking about upgrading one of our vehicles for a while. We had been looking at the Lincoln Aviators for a few years. I noticed one at Lakeview Fords lot and didn’t give it too much thought …. Then a week or two later I was going by there and saw the same Aviator but with “0% “ financing on the windshield (may have been there before but I didn’t notice). It was still there a few days later so I asked about it. I was connected with Susie Wilkey and we set up a test drive for a day or so later. All went well and we ended up buying it. Susie made the entire transaction effortless. It was a demo, so we didn’t expect it to be perfect, but Susie found a few things and had them corrected for us quickly. She ensured that any/all recalls were taken care of and made the entire transaction process super easy. Even in the next week after we took possession, she quickly followed up with the items she noticed and one that we brought up and it was SO EASY!!!

“July 2024 Update. Recently went got an oil change and coolant flush. After getting home I discovered an issue of concern which I contacted Uncle Ed's through their website about.
The next day I was contacted by a district manager (Jerrod?) who arranged a time for me to come into Uncle Ed's to take a look at the problem. The next day they spent a total of about 45 minutes going through things to figure out the issue and finally identified and found a solution. Repeating what I said earlier this year, they pay attention to detail and work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!

“I broke down on I96 in an old 2007 E350 Mercedes. State Farm was giving me a hard time about towing too far so I towed here until I could plan. Can’t remember dudes name, but he helped me get my car to Mercedes in Kalamazoo. Great communication.It ended up being the o-ring on my oil filter cracked leaking oil all over the motor causing the white smoke. Car is fine now.”
“Vince is a great man, he didn’t hesitate to take in my truck even though I couldn’t pay for another week and regardless he took a look and it was a problem only the dealership could fix, I was stressed about the inspection fee but Vince was nice enough to wave the fee and let me have my truck there til I can get it to the dealership. This is and will always be my go to shop, my brother in law got his mustang fixed there and it was beyond AFFORDABLE and FAST. It’s more than just business to Vince and his workers, they’re in it for the long run and I couldn’t respect that more. I promise you will not regret going here!”

“Best oil change in my life! Kody was very knowledgeable and took time to explain unusual findings which may have saved me thousands or being stranded with transmission problems on the road. The fluid sitting under my car was a safety hazard which could have caught on fire. He advised not to travel far until it was checked out. Turns out there were two leaks & one was easily fixed. Wish I could return for every oil change but the car wash place took over site. ? Who needs another car wash on Columbia??”

“Great service, knowledgeable, reasonable, and timely. After coming highly reccomended by friends and family I Took my 2013 Durango in with some very strange electrical problems, I had already done everything I knew to do to try to remedy the problem.. took 10 days to get in, charging for only 1 hour diagnostics they found the issue, and called me with a quote. took another 5 business days for the parts to get in and on that same day they called me and told me to come get my car, so far so good, it’s back to running as it should. Ted was my mechanic I didn’t get a chance to meet him but would still reccomend in a heartbeat… they used good oem parts, and took care of me? they also found a couple smaller issues and made me aware but didn’t pressure me to do those repairs right away unless I wanted to”
