“I’ve been there twice and have had nothing but good experiences with them! As we’ve moved up to the area, they are my new “go to” for service.”
“All store employees are kind and helpful. My experience with Justin helping me has been extremely appreciated. He helps with a great attitude and a smile. I will always feel comfortable asking for assistance there.”

“Unfortunately we became a member of the 6.2L recall and our engine did fail. Given the amount of coordination with GM and the magnitude of swapping the engines we were back in business in a few weeks. The entire staff is amazing but I have to give a special shout out to Travis, the master technician. The man is awesome! Thanks to everyone at Charlevoix Chevrolet for your kindness and support during this process.”

“Jason was unbelievably helpful! I bought a camper off Facebook marketplace up there and when I realized I didn’t have the right light hookup from my car to the camper I thought there wasn’t anything I could do. But Jason not only showed me what parts I need, but helped put together the parts!! Seriously he is wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more.”
