“When my engine failed on Eighth St. in Traverse City I was turned down by Northwest Engine and Auto Repair who had put my engine in in 2019. I immediately called Mike's Auto in Atwood and they said they would do the job. The first engine that was delivered was wrong so the did not accept it and took photos of it so I could prove it was the wrong engine. The second one arrived and they jumped on it. When the other engine was shipped it had a few damage parts when removing. Mike's Auto were able to use parts off my existing engine to keep the price down. As a woman I felt comfortable using their services. Both Jeremy and Thomas worked with my budget and my old engine to help save money. I would highly recommend them for all Auto Repairs as I have used them in the past and they have treated with much respect and dignity.”
“My car had been hit, not once, but twice in parking lots around Charleovix within a two week period of time. I got several quotes for the repair and painting. I ended up choosing South Point because of the way I was treated during the damage assessment process, the quality of the job my car received (it looks beautiful now), their professionalism, and their honesty. I feel they went the extra mile to see that my car was ready quickly as I had to go out of town. I have no reservations recommending them if you need collision services.”

“The nice thing about this place, it’s owned by a seasoned entrepreneur who understands service and customer expectations. I dropped our vehicle off the day after Christmas, and received it back the next day it would’ve been done the same day, but I also left it so they can put a new set of tires on it. Those are 22 inch tires on that vehicle, so that’s no easy trick in northern Michigan yet they accomplished it.Charlevoix auto detailing, is owned by Charlevoix Auto, and currently operates out of the dealership. It looks like the new building is ready however, as their sign is already up. Look forward to doing all of our vehicles here.”

It’s like when you trust a brain surgeon to cut a bad thing out of your brain. You just trust him. No questions asked. That’s the relationship with the owner, mechanic, chief engineer and customer service representative wrapped tightly into one package. Unless you understand this type of relationship go somewhere else, please.”
