“I usually have a good experience here, the staff is friendly and helpful, but if you plan on paying for something with change make sure to count the coins because one of the workers *will* keep your extra change.

“One of the few gas stations in the area without credit cards on the pumps. Old school! That usually means gas is 1¢/gallon less than other Krist stations, if you're willing to walk all the way inside to pay.”
“Every time I come here the store is clean and the workers are so friendly. I previously used to go to Krist as my go-to but no longer. Parking is not ideal, but considering the location it’s definitely not something that can really be improved. Very glad for this station though, especially after the renovations. The Frosters are the best.”

“One of the best places for competitive prices in the Houghton/Hancock area. They are a full service gas station, which is a nice throwback to the golden age of automobiles. Employees are always polite”
“Gasoline on the end of town! Nothing special to see here, other than you can pull in from multiple angles. Watch out for ATVs and snowmobiles, they like to jump off the trail and fill up here too.”

“Filled up on the way to Houghton. Clean and modern pumps. This station also has a diesel pump island for commercial trucks. Did not go into the store. Non-E gas is a bit more expensive here compared to stations further south. Price for regular gas was comparable to stations in L’Anse or Baraga.”
