“Staff was friendly and accommodating even tho they are short staffed at the moment I didn't even notice. The girls n the manager their are really putting in work. Some maintenance things could be caught up on but nothing disgusting or hazardous. Overall my stay was excellent i would recommend and stay again. Hey upper management whoever is on the team as of 5/24/26 needs a raise stat.”

“Weird residue on bathroom walls, fire alarm almost falling off the ceiling But nice interior for the bathroom. it does have some nice bedrest too and it looks like a pretty fancy hotel but if you really look closely, it looks like there’s blood stains on the wall.”

“From the moment we walked in, the front desk host was incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and my children. I asked if I could see the room before checking in, and they were very accommodating with no hesitation. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed.
My kids had a great time swimming in the pool, and my family members were even able to book two additional rooms so we could all spend quality time together. The suite’s layout made it easy for the kids to hook up their Xbox and PlayStation in the living room area while my husband and I relaxed and watched Netflix later in the evening.
After my kids and I were harassed during a horrible experience at Staybridge Suites in Southgate Mi , my husband wanted a safe, comfortable place for us to stay at the last minute and this place came through!
Overall, our stay was peaceful, clean, and enjoyable, exactly what we needed after such a stressful experience elsewhere. We’re so thankful for the kindness and hospitality we received here. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!”
