“The room is spacious and clean. We are supposed to get daily housekeeping, but they only came on three of the ten days we were here. The daily breakfast was the normal make your own waffle, sausage
and eggs kind of thing. The light dinner offered on Monday, Tuesy, and Wednesday was disappointing.”

“On Tuesdays the breakfast doesn't start till 6:05-6:10. Which is a problem when you have to be leaving at 6:15. Wednesday & Thursday wasn't a problem. This is two weeks in a row of staying here. Rooms clean and of comfortable.”
“The room was spacious and comfortable, reception staff was very welcoming . The shuttle driver was an absolute gentleman, it was snowing and very windy, he ensured safety first and was thoughtful enough to confirm my comfort through out the ride.”

“My stay was 9/3 a 9/4 - this is the second time I’ve stayed here because of a power outage, I will start by saying the staff here is amazing, Darnell at the front desk is above and beyond fantastic, we had to stay here because of a power outage and we had asked for 4 extra sheets (we laid them on the ground so our 10 month old was not crawling on the carpet) and they had them delivered to my room immediately, the rooms are what they are they’re not fancy but they’re CLEAN from the bedding to the shower and the air conditioning is on point, there was anther lady who worked at the front desk ( I did not get her name but she was fantastic as well ) they have breakfast here and it’s actually good and fresh so hats off to the staff making sure we’re fed before work (pancakes , cheese omelets , bacon , yogurt, fresh cinnamon rolls, apple and orange juice ) all fresh and great, overall my experience here both times was 10/10 and I would recommend this place to anyone - thanks again Darnell”

“My stay here was really good although I don't live in Michigan anymore I always try to stay in the Warren area when I come home to visit this was my first time staying here and I must say it was a good experience from check in to check out also I have to definitely give a shout out to the young lady who was on the morning shift Sunday 5/31/26 or maybe even the afternoon shift probably around 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. I had a billing issue with my card and she situated everything in literally like 5 minutes and got everything the way It was supposed to be I was told her name could possibly be Heather but she was very great very attentive and assured me that everything will be taken care of overall this was a great experience”

“Very clean, simple, modern amenities. Price was good. We stayed overnight while in town for an amphitheater concert. We found it from a blind kayak.com search. We reserved our room online, 10 minutes before arriving. Check in was easy. Room had everything we needed, up to and including Dove soap products and a hairdryer. Bed was very comfy, but pillows WAY too soft 👎. Bring your own sound machine, as the AC/heater doesn’t have a continuous fan…it will cycle on and off throughout the night. If you like a complete dark out experience you might find the illuminated headboard and armoire distracting. It bothered my husband, not me. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to wish us a good day in the hallway. Fitness center had the essentials for a post-travel workout: treadmill, row machine, ellipticals, treadmills, incline bench and flat bench + dumbbells up to 100lb. The continental breakfast was great: hot food + cold cereals, juice and on-demand ground coffee machine. Kitchen staff stood in the dining area to make sure food was replenished. All in all, great stay!”

“I stayed here for a week due to a flooded apartment. Overall the hotel was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. I especially loved the fitness room.
Had a couple issues with service. Due to the uncertain timing of repairs, I was not sure how long my stay was going to be. When I tried extending my stay, the gentleman at the desk gave me a hard time and rolled his eyes.
Later that day, I met Kaylyn, who was very kind and helpful. I pleaded my case to her, and she looked at me like I was crazy when I practically begged her to extend my stay. The next morning, she made the same gentleman extend my stay while she watched. It was a bit comical.
I saw this same employee giving other patrons a hard time, including an international traveler who, due to a language barrier, was struggling to navigate the checkout process. This employee was curt and refused to give the man a paper receipt, even though he had booked the room himself. I never got the employee's name, but if management can pinpoint who I'm talking about, might be worth some additional customer service training.
Also not sure what's going on with the service at the restaurant. I've had breakfast here three times, and each time spent over an hour due to extremely slow service. All three times there have been two servers, and all three times only a small handful of patrons. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for someone to pick up my check. It's been 15 mins.
Despite the isolated incidents, I would gladly stay here again- hopefully under better circumstances.”

“The Hampton Inn Suites in Troy MI is very nice and well kept. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. I like the full 🥞🍳 breakfast that they offer as well. They also have a very nice newly renovated meeting space for small scale events like baby showers, graduation 🎓 parties and birthday parties for 40 guests or less. I have hosted several events there already. I will be doing my daughter's graduation 🎓 party there in June 2026.”

“Nice and quiet place, this is my second time staying and it was nice just like the first time.
The room has a stove, a microwave and a fridge, but no other appliances like pans or utensils, but that's why the dollar store exists, so I have no issue with it. The water pressure in the bathroom is quite low, but it's manageable. There were some stains on the carpet, not sure what they are but they aren't sticky and they don't smell, so that's good enough for me. Since this is an extended stay hotel, there are people with kids there and they can be a little loud especially if you're on the second or first floor.
That being said, the staff are amazing, it's convenient to have a laundry room in the hotel itself even if it costs 8 dollars to wash and dry your clothes (so, 4 dollars each), the bed is comfortable, you can make solid meals if you get appliances, there's two places to eat right outside and the supermarket is about a 15 minute's walk away. This is my go-to place to stay in when I visit this area of Michigan.”
“Came back home for my mother's 81st bday party. Brought the entire family and needed space for the 4 of us. The manager put us in a larger room and made sure we were well taken care of. Extra towels were needed and they were to us in about 7 minutes.
Although I had to drive back into the city for my events, my stay was peaceful and quiet.
I will be staying here from now on when I come back home to visit.”

“We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Troy and had a very positive experience. The hotel is very well located in a practical and safe area, with Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Marshalls literally right next door.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, especially for a longer stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped with great utensils and everything working perfectly. That really made a difference for us during the trip.
We would also like to especially recognize the housekeeper Jose, who was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always very friendly and thoughtful, and truly made our experience at the hotel even better.”

“This hotel is quite nice.... We've been out of our home and do to a flood for 4 months.... Pretty much everything is nice. The breakfasts, the housekeeping, the staff , the cleanliness! One of the most exceptional staff members is Jude.... I don't think there's anything she cannot get accomplished. One note, if they could fix or replace the barbecue outside , that would be incredibly awesome! Living there for our home, for multiple months, it would be nice to barbecue outside.”

“In April I was traveling from Texas to Detroit with my family to attend my uncles funeral. On the way we had a blowout on our trailer and it had us far behind schedule. It was easy to communicate with the reservation line and the front desk clerks. We had a pleasant experience with all of the employees that we encountered. I don’t know all of their names but Mahimuda and Tammy were just a few of the great employees that we encountered. We were greeted coming and going, and my 4 yr old nephew was the star of the show.”

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sasha at the front desk. Her wonderful smile and outstanding customer service set the tone for my stay. She is always ready to assist and handles everything with such grace and efficiency.
Marissa was another standout during my visit. Her dedication and amazing hospitality truly made a difference, adding a personal touch to my experience.
I also have to give a shout-out to Glenda, the bartender/ front desk employee at the hotel. She is fantastic and made my evenings enjoyable with her friendly service and expert drinks. I swear no matter what time I need something she's always there. I wonder if she ever goes home!
Also, the night shift front desk representative, Kelly, is really sweet. Very helpful and nice. All in all, every employee I've met here does an incredible job representing The Hyatt Place.
The rooms in the hotel are clean and comfortable, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the pool is a fun spot to unwind and enjoy some leisure time.
