“In April I was traveling from Texas to Detroit with my family to attend my uncles funeral. On the way we had a blowout on our trailer and it had us far behind schedule. It was easy to communicate with the reservation line and the front desk clerks. We had a pleasant experience with all of the employees that we encountered. I don’t know all of their names but Mahimuda and Tammy were just a few of the great employees that we encountered. We were greeted coming and going, and my 4 yr old nephew was the star of the show.”
“I had to stay for a extend time due to many changes in my life. The roseville location is a great location surrounded by great shopping areas, resteraunts and entertainment. The staff was excellant and attentive. Vansh was amazing and courteous and made sure things ran great.House keeping made sure my room stayed immaculate. And the price was very affordable. This was a great place and great people. I will be back.”

“My work has me traveling and I stay at many hotels throughout the country.In the last 15 years I can say that by far this is in the top three worst places I've stayed. Total filth. Very noisy and unsafe area keep your car locked and bring bed bug spray. Bring your own toilet paper too. They change for TP.Better yet; do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this Hole-tel. There are others nearby that are much better and same price.”
“Weird residue on bathroom walls, fire alarm almost falling off the ceiling But nice interior for the bathroom. it does have some nice bedrest too and it looks like a pretty fancy hotel but if you really look closely, it looks like there’s blood stains on the wall.”

“Nice and quiet place, this is my second time staying and it was nice just like the first time.
The room has a stove, a microwave and a fridge, but no other appliances like pans or utensils, but that's why the dollar store exists, so I have no issue with it. The water pressure in the bathroom is quite low, but it's manageable. There were some stains on the carpet, not sure what they are but they aren't sticky and they don't smell, so that's good enough for me. Since this is an extended stay hotel, there are people with kids there and they can be a little loud especially if you're on the second or first floor.
That being said, the staff are amazing, it's convenient to have a laundry room in the hotel itself even if it costs 8 dollars to wash and dry your clothes (so, 4 dollars each), the bed is comfortable, you can make solid meals if you get appliances, there's two places to eat right outside and the supermarket is about a 15 minute's walk away. This is my go-to place to stay in when I visit this area of Michigan.”
