“Due to a misunderstanding on our account on the house we JUST MOVED into, we ran out of fuel on a Sunday in February. With a wife fresh out of hospital it was NOT a good time to be without heat. I called the emergency number and PETE the tech that came out was fast, courteous, and informative. A call to my local Dealer in Chesterfield Twp, MI Monday got a reduction of the emergency service fee and my account all set up for auto fill/Pay. Erin, the customer Service rep could not have been nicer. Wonderful people to deal with. Thank You.”
