He was very well informed and on his product knowledge and has excellent service and clearly kept his store clean, neat, and organized. “I've been coming to Lane Bryant since I was about 16.
I am always pretty reserved when I go to the store, I've been measured probably twice before and until today I stubbornly stuck with the size I was given like 6 years ago despite the fit becoming more and more uncomfortable.
I was helped by Maria today, and I'm so glad I decided to stop being stubborn and accept her help.
My size has gone up and she helped me find a really comfortable bra that didn't feel like it was squeezing me to death! lol
She is a lovely human being, beautiful inside and out and I have to say she gets a 10/10 from me for being so kind and patient. I know I can be a silly goose and just yap away when I get comfortable.
So thank you Maria, keep being amazing. I'll have to make more in store visits from now on so I don't buy the wrong sizes again online!”
“Very good selection of sneekers, and they have decent prices. They need more associates working there, though. We had to wait quite a long time to return and exchange a wrong size pair of kids' shoes. That won't keep us from returning to purchase from them again.”

“I just wanted to share how fantastic the employees were here on Monday September 23, 2024. I believe the young lady who helped us was named Mariah?. Young black girl with jack skellington nails. She went above and beyond to help me find shoes for my autistic son!. She went back and forth at least 5 times and never once seemed annoyed or got rude at all. Said she was happy to help when I thanked her multiple times. She even went the extra mile and figured out the name of the shoes my son currently has so I could find them at a different store or online. She just did a really great job and I hope someone sees this and she gets some praise. Not everyone has the patience to deal with my son and she was amazing and I appreciate it a lot!!.”

“The visit a wk ago wasn't to dsw but to Joann's Fabrics on the last day before closing. My farewell to the craft store i always chose first.
Anyway ? I have been to this dsw many times between the store and the website I am usually able to find shoes that fit my needs.”
