Needed a new tailgate for my truck, a relatively small job, with not a lot of profit margin for the company. The amount of time and effort Bob and Matt put into my job was remarkable. Bob was able to track down a custom/rare decal for the job, while Matt did everything he could to get me the best deal on the tailgate. It is so rare to find a company that will put this much effort into making their customers satisfied.
