“I am a repeat customer. Each time I store office supplies and computers, I do so for years at a time. My last stay ran from 2018-2025. I've used both climate controlled and outdoor units, each with 24hr access so I was never inconvenienced. Now that I have a motion picture studio, I plan to return in the future to store larger set pieces and bulky lighting equipment. Being so close to I-75 makes it easy to get in and get out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly steady and consistent. I've dealt with Karen for many years and appreciated all the solutions she's provided. I highly recommend Clarkston Budget Storage!

“Trailer was in excellent working condition, new tres and all straps & chains to secure my car down were functional and clean. The two guys at this location hooked up the trailer for me, tested everything and unhooked it later that night when I got back, they were professional, efficient and friendly. It was a good simple experience, would highly recommend this U-Haul location, 5 stars.”

“Pleasant staff at this location made returning a long distance uhaul easy. I will shop here again.Uhaul company itself seems to have constant computer issues changing allowed mileage and return times mid rental so make and carry copies of all quotes that they give you before and after you pick up rental as their computers may change them mid rental. Had to call a corporate office twice for corrections.”
“I was torn between 3 & 5 stars, so I split at 4. U-Haul on one hand is a five star cause of extreme ease of renting trucks, storage, or moving equipment. On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.”
“Great team, treated me well, before and after equipment failure on a trailer, no damage done. I had 2 more rentals after that and all was smooth. They deserve something toasty as moving in mid winter can be tough and this location is busy. Props to a good team that worked through the cold and managed to smile while doing it.

“Wifes car broke down on the highway near here. Got a uhaul car dolly to get the car home to get it fixed. Very helpful in processing my uhaul rental. Details were explained on the return/drop off policy and giving a few different options.”
