“Friendly staff! Awesome service! We were in and out. The truck we reserved wasn't back in time so they took care of us and had us in another truck in no time. Definitely recommend Orion Rental!”

“Great people to work with!!!
I rented a car hauler for 2 days, but only needed it for 1. Corporate charged me for the 2 days because I returned it 20 minutes late (over night drop). This location was able to correct that and get the charges adjusted/corrected.
I will definitely do more business with them in the future. It was a pleasure!
Thank you U-haul Clarkston staff. ??”

“The gentleman at C More Self Storage was knowledgeable and friendly. I would do business there again and recommend it to everybody. Facility was the cleanest and nicest I experienced.”
“The manager was excellent! She deserves a raise. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and had a great demeanor! She’s truly an asset to the U-Haul team, but more importantly, to the local location! As a small business owner myself, she’s the employee that I would want running my business!

“Pleasant staff at this location made returning a long distance uhaul easy. I will shop here again.Uhaul company itself seems to have constant computer issues changing allowed mileage and return times mid rental so make and carry copies of all quotes that they give you before and after you pick up rental as their computers may change them mid rental. Had to call a corporate office twice for corrections.”
“Easy pickup and drop off. Staff were helpful. Everything was excellent. Very efficient. Samuel was helpful and answered a couple of questions I had about max load and tiedowns. I’ll be back.”
“Trailer was in excellent working condition, new tres and all straps & chains to secure my car down were functional and clean. The two guys at this location hooked up the trailer for me, tested everything and unhooked it later that night when I got back, they were professional, efficient and friendly. It was a good simple experience, would highly recommend this U-Haul location, 5 stars.”
“Had a unit for a few years, no issues. Right before move out, I had a last minute request for the local Waterford location and Ann was very kind, courteous and helpful.”
“Initially had a bad experience as we were given a truck that didn't work out. Thankfully our experience was fixed by the manager James! He made our experience so much better. Truly a kind and sweet person! Despite the issues we experienced with the truck, the customer service was so good i'd recommend this place regardless.”

“Rented a cargo van for a business delivery. Clean, smooth ride, friendly folks at the counter. The Speedway across the street made it easy to refuel before returning.”
