“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”

I live just down the street from the location on 8 Mile and Woodward, and every time I visit, Markus the manager is so welcoming and efficient. He’s always incredibly helpful with inventory, answers any questions I have, and genuinely makes every shopping experience enjoyable.

“My family and I moved to this area because of the Mormon community. We needed some basic essentials and came upon this dollar center, let me tell you this dollar center is anything but basic . Immediately upon walking in a nice young man named joni greeted us immediately. He confidently & diligently walked us around the store, isle by isle, step by step, item by item. We got there at 11:30 & didn’t leave till around 4:30pm. We purchased so so many amazingly priced products & only spent 744 dollars, I know for a fact if we purchased the same products at Sam’s club or target it would have been at around 800 dollars. God bless you joni, thank you for everything you did for my Mormon family.”

I saw this place gets pretty busy during some weekday hours, and there were a lot of bikes around the front, in fact, the employees specifically addressed this because they were in the way. Really, I think they could just use a bike rack, and maybe an exterior bench. As someone who frequently takes my e-bike, there isn’t a good place to lock it up in the area.”

“Much improved since the month prior. Items are stocked and they were unboxing more at the time. Surprising to see some new things like a ratcheting screwdriver for $3 that can be found at other retail stores for 4x the cost. Some items are $1.50 now, however, this also reflects quantity and size of the products and still a good value.”
“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”
