“Birmingham Jewelry made a custom ring for me based on a design my wife liked and wanted to have. The original was made out of silver and other stones and we wanted to have it done in gold and diamonds. The final product was excellent! The project was to last six weeks and they did it on time and even included a welcome upgrade. If I had to say something I didn't like, and this is my own thing but I like a little more communication on what's happening when I'm spending a significant amount of money. It would have been nice to see the process of how the final product came to be or get status updates along the way but that's nothing something they offer and so it isn't something I hold against them. All in all, very satisfied and we have found our new local jewelers to help with our needs. Thank you for creating our masterpiece and I'll see you soon since we've got to get that necklace repaired ?”

“Amazing customer service from Quinn and all the Diamond Jim’s staff. We had a completely custom piece of jewelry designed, wax model, cast and then completed. Simply stunning, pictures don’t do it justice. We have bought many items before but this was special and custom. We got a quote from another highly reputable jeweler for the custom work but they couldn’t complete with the price and the level of personal service. We won’t go anywhere else.”

Thousands of high quality, gift-worthy pieces from different eras ranging from $5-$50 (and then of course there are thousands of higher end things too.) A very casual, non-pushy place where they welcome you and let you browse but are there to help when you are ready or have questions. I will definitely be back for more gifts and for myself. I know they do repairs and jewelry design too but their name doesn’t hint at their massive selection of pieces ready to buy.”
