“I've just recently started coming here & this place is not bad for your hobby needs. I collect die cast model cars & they have a pretty nice size inventory. The service has been great both times I've been there, but the only thing I wish they would do is put my loose cars in some type of box with paper or bubble wrap. These cars are very delicate & putting them in regular plastic bags just doesn't work. When I got home I noticed a mirror had come of one of the cars I purchased needless to say not happy.”
“I’ve been coming here my whole life. It’s changed a lot since I was a kid, they used to have an awesome candy aisle. Over the years, that aisle has dwindled down to a section. I heard it was due to theft from students in the area. This store has a variety of things, at one point, they used to sell fresh duck eggs. I love this store. They have great customer service.”

“I pre-ordered 7 paint sets of ATOM by Ammo by Mig. I initially received only 5 out of the 7 sets. So I waited a week and then called them. The gentleman was super polite and helpful and informed me that they are on back order and the owner or manager was trying his hardest to call Ammo from Europe to get them shipped over. I continue to wait and I finally received them. I'm giving 5 stars because the company was completely transparent with me about the new paint sets and I was not charged for the 2 remaining sets until they were shipped. They were also nice enough to throw in a fee Mr Hobby Thin Cement for the delay. I will definitely do business with them.. Everyone I spoke with since January was super kind and explained the issue. 10/10”
“I cant express enough my appreciation for Matt at Big Toys. I was fortunate to purchase a pinball and arcade game from Big Toys within the past couple years. We had ongoing issues with the arcade game, in which Matt and team tried to resolve, but he knew I was not 100% satisified with the game. After owning the game for 2 years, he offered such a generous solution to trade me out with another arcade game, which he knew I was interested in.They are experts in their field, but also experts in customer service. I'm not in the market for another game yet, but I will find every excuse to be, just to continue doing business with Big Toys.”

“I saw on social media the company posted about these darling mini jellyfish mood lamps! I thought it was so fun and had to get my nephew one. Unfortunately they were sold out online so I messaged them and they were sold out at the Royal Oak location, too. They let me know that the Bloomfield store had it in stock. I was able to order the gift and have them gift wrap it for me in the most adorable water themed wrapping paper. All I had to do was run in and pick it up The customer service is fantastic and it's so nice to still have a small owned local toy store in the area. They are always getting new brands and new toys in. Such a staple in the community and so thankful for it. Keep up the amazing work - your hardwork doesn't go unnoticed. I truly appreciate it!”

“This is a unique store here in downtown RO. It's off 4th street, west of Main Street, just a bit off the beaten path. There's such a hodge podge collection of items here. Some fun toys for kids, adults and the adult kids too. Stuffed toys, old school or retro toys. Some clothing items too. I do enjoy taking a gander here and there when we walk around downtown. If you are in town, do check it out, you might find a unique memorabilia item you just have to buy.”
“This Barnes & Noble is located on the Wayne state university campus. As expected in Midtown the parking is street parking. Upon entering the building there is a separate café that is different from the Starbucks café. There is a lot of Wayne State merch. Office supplies were largely marked up. I came mostly for the Barnes & Noble aspect, I was disappointed in the limited selection of books- only 5 to 6 rows of books that were mostly geared towards young adult and fiction. The Starbucks city area was quite large with many students studying it hanging out. I would consider this location if you're already in the area and need a place to get Coffee or do work, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to check this place out unless you really need to for the bookstore.”

I was at the Somerset location on Tuesday for National Bear day and it was crazy work in there. It was my first time ever going and I had 2 of my daughters and my grandson with me. I want to say I appreciate the smiles and great customer service that the ladies gave. The store closed at 8 and it was ton of people still in the store and the Ladies were still smiling working and making sure our experience was good one. We left the store at 9pm and I will be coming back soon.”
“Jasmin was extremely helpful when I was asking specific details about balloons, she never got frustrated with my questions and worked with me through the whole process. Shannon was extremely kind when I called a few minutes later to change a few details about my order. The store was out of helium and the workers were dealing with frustrated customers and they all maintained professionalism and never got flustered or frustrated with rude customers. I was extremely impressed with everyone in the store tonight. They are doing a great job.”
