“The store was nice and clean, shelves stocked, and the employees have always been friendly. There are plenty of products to choose from and honestly, for the most part I prefer the store brand over the name brand products. They prices are much better as well!”
“Quality grocery items, excellent meat counter with Boar's Head products that are packed in a small footprint. Baggers bring groceries to your vehicle, easy in and out, staff are very friendly and helpful. Once the manager went out of his way to search for a specialty item for me. Different experience than the big box stores.”

Now under new ownership that is investing in the place and building on a solid foundation of what Robert built, the Scotts Store offers great pizza slices for lunch on the go and tasty toasted subs that are great bang for your buck. Soft serve machine during the warm weather months is a staple that was brought back and is welcome by all. The staff is really friendly and helpful. P.S. the breakfast pizza on Wednesday mornings is crazy good.”

“I don't know much about this Harding market. I have stopped by for snacks while on the road. This market isn't like the other Harding's I've shopped at. The layout of the building can be confusing to new customers. The building is divided into two areas which causes some confusion but everything you're looking for can be found.”
“Everyone at this location is incredible but Ashley goes above and beyond. The store is the cleanest and most organized DG ive ever been in. She is always working tirelessly with a smile on her face, she never treats her customers like an inconvience and is always happy to help.”
“Went in shopping today after work there was a nice young lady working in the deli that was friendly. While she was getting my stuff I told her I'm surprised there's fresh food made usually this time of day there's never anything up here. She said that's not going to happen anymore. I didn't catch her name but she deserves a shout out for sure.”

“The Penny Pinchers is an awesome place to shop and generally very customer friendly. Have had issues with taller man at the 21st Street store that works on Saturdays. He is extremely rude and does your business a disservice by being that way with customers. Argumentative and just nasty disposition. That is not the way Jimmy wants his business represented and would fire him. I have been coming into your store over 7 years and have never once had an issue until he started there. I will not go back there as long as he is working there. I understand at least 2 other women have had similar experiences.”

“Edit 9/4/2024: I was there earlier and normally I have a good experience there and ik people have off days but I’ve noticed quiet a bit the girl in the deli with the different color hair every other week, (Tara) I believe is her name, she is very loud and very rude to her C.O. workers. There has been many times I’ve been in there that this girl is cussing loudly to where I could hear her as I was walking in the door. Then walking by the deli she continued to talk like that to her co workers knowing customers where there waiting to be helped.
went there to turn in bottles and the machine wasn’t taking a lot of what ik they except. So the young lady at customer service with the purple hair, went above and beyond to make things great for me. I’m disabled and going into bigger stores r impossible so the fact she helped me the way she did I was still able to get the food I needed. I’m so very thankful she was there cuz I was told no one could help me by two other workers. I would be going without food today if it weren’t for that nice young lady”
“I'm always happy to have a hispanic market nearby. The prices were pretty high compared to many others. I hoped to get tamales, but the only ones they carried were vegetarian. The restaurant and ice cream side of this market looks like it could be promising. Looking forward to trying them out.”
“I walked in expecting to have to make an appointment but was able to get my covid booster immediately. The pharmacy tech was extremely efficient even while multitasking. The pharmacist gave me my injection very proficiently and I had no pain at all. Best covid experience to date.”

“Picked up my groceries as always since I am disabled. I mentioned to Rick that the website was missing the bran muffins I always get and asked if Meijer's no longer sold them? He replied that they were in the store and went back in and added 3 4paks which I usually get. I was bummed when they didn't show on the website. Happy I was able to get them today thanks to Rick!”
“My husband and I shop here every morning. They always have ice cold drinks and a nice selection in store, I love their hot cheese sticks and chicken. The guys are always nice and have a great attitude. This place reminds me of the corner store I grew up with back in Genesee county. My kiddo loves picking out a drink and snacks from here. It's our go too spot!”
“I want to recognize Jen at the Wattle Park location! Even though she wasn't the only employee working and the line was long, she was patient with everyone. I felt bad asking her to switch out my propane tank because she was so busy, but she did it without hesitation and with a smile on her face. She was so kind even under pressure, which I'm sure she felt a lot at the time. People like her make customers want to come back just to experience great customer service. I hope she is recognized by more than just me.”

However I do not like how corporate treats them. They are forced to run between stocking shelves and running the register all day. Like they have to literally jog from one to another. Hire an extra person to be a cashier!!!”

“It was extremely busy so it took a little longer to get out of there than I expected but not due to bad service, there were just that many customers to take care of. But all in all to the best of my knowledge: recollection, as many times as I've gone there the last few years I've never had a bad experience and that's why I continue to stop in when I need something.”
“Super friendly cashier. I found hanging solar lanterns for $2 each so I grabbed the entire box and carried around the store to the Windex aisle where my clumsy self dropped them all over. Cashier was stocking shelves and asked if I needed help and could he help me find anything. There were some empty shelves but mostly with end of season items. No stock laying on the floor. No spills or dirtiness. There was a horn at the checkout to alert the cashier someone was ready to go and he came up right away without delay.”
