“I’ve had to rent from this location twice now and I’ve shears had a great experience. I normally book in the app the day before and when I arrive they have my car waiting for me and the staff has already taking pictures of the vehicle to include. Everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely nice and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than ten minutes. Nobody ever tries to hard sell the add one, which I like. I would recommend this location.”

“I cannot recommend Brad and Pristine Car Rental enough!!! If you are in need of a rental car in Michigan, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I have never been taken care of in the way I was taken care of by Brad and his team. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable and lower than any other agency, they went out of their way to make sure I got my car when I was sick. I was in town with the musical Wicked and fell ill while taking care of my son. Brad offered to drive the rental car to me so that I didn't have to make the drive myself while feeling so sick. He literally dropped the car off right outside the door of my airbnb. I have never received such wonderful customer service. My experience with Pristine Car Rental was UNMATCHED and I travel for a living, having worked with a multitude of rental car companies. This was BY FAR the best.
