“I can’t say enough good things about Alpha rentals and their driving instructor service. My daughter wanted to learn how to drive a manual transmission and they offered the perfect solution, lessons using one of their Slingshots. Dale, her instructor, was incredibly patient kind and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she felt confident behind the wheel.
The pricing was reasonable and the quality of instructions was top notch. After just 3.5 hours, my daughter went from never driving a standard shift to confidently operating a manual car. She left each lesson smiling and I couldn’t be happier.

Even though they were clearly very busy with other customers, the staff went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. They dropped me off at my house just a few minutes away from their location—something they absolutely didn’t have to do and easily could have said no to.

“I was in a really bad spot when I first reached out to JFS, at the urging of WCCMH. Everyone I first spoke with was very helpful, and the process was smooth and easy. The main reason I wanted to leave a 5 star review though is because of the therapists I worked with during my time with them. I worked with one therapist who was leaving soon, so we had about 6 months together before she moved on to greener pastures, and another who worked with me on CBT for several months before I was able to get a better job and health insurance. They were both SO helpful and understanding, and it was so easy to speak with both of them. Additionally, the tools I learned from the second therapist were so helpful I still have some worksheets in my briefcase. I have worked with a few other therapists before and since then, and while they were all great, none compared to the two I worked with here. Thanks JFS!”

“We drove here in a Budget rental that we'd just gotten at DTW on June 20th - DTW Budget had sent us out in a SUV with a faulty tire. We'd just stopped at Discount Tire in Ann Arbor who told us the problem and that we were risking a catastrophic blowout if we drove this SUV with this tire on the highway. The man on duty at this Budget facility was fantastic. He had us swapped out to a SUV that didn't have any problems in roughly 5 minutes' time. So we were able to get back on the road quickly and on our way to a family birthday party for our toddler who was turning 3 - we made it in plenty of time! Great customer service and a great experience at this facility. As an aside, he told me that we were the 8th incident in June where the Budget DTW office had sent people out in damaged cars - the 8th time the Budget Ann Arbor office has had to clean up one of Budget DTW's messes (my words). While we won't rent from Budget DTW again, we certainly would from Budget Ann Arbor - again, great customer service! Perhaps Budget corporate would think of ways to use the knowledge at their Ann Arbor office to improve their DTW operations!”
