“I had a previous post bt it was criticism of other MetroPC locations Not this location, however, This location is the Only one I choose for service currently! Iv gotten consistent & better help patience & results thn ANY Metro PC since they closed the flagship Main stores & that's been closed ovr 10 yrs ago. Theyre all franchised i presume it seems & Good customer service is not a priority but money is! Iv been a customer since the beginning. I hope I continue to get quality service here. I recommend Garfield!
I hv been Totally & Extremely disappointed in othrs like Ryan, Troy/Livernois which now has Rochester rd & Auburn locations & staff so No. Service was poor & attitude. They wanted to control your phone not Educate u or Show U! Don't take my phone in the back & return with it & the latter 2 locales were good for doing this! Can I say lack of trust/ transparency, indifference just make the $$$.
