“The staff is very helpful. The store is clean and arranged nicely. They didn't have the slacks I wanted in my size so they offered to order it for me. It will be delivered free. If I don't like the fit I can return it directly to the store or ship it back. I think that's good service.”

“I love everything L.L. Bean. I didn't know for the longest time that there was a store in my area. I stopped here before Christmas to pick up a gift and I spent awhile looking around. The store was kept tidy and clean. Many staff walking around to help you out. Only downside is it's part of an outside mall complex so you have to park and walk outside a bit before reaching the store”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! A few weeks ago, Sarah helped me find something to wear for an audition. I usually like to shop solo, but I am so glad I accepted Sarah's help! I had a baby a couple months ago and none of my clothes were even close to fitting. I was feeling defeated after shopping all over the mall, until I came here. Sarah asked what I needed and took me around the store to suggest items. I tried them on and she was there to grab different sizes as needed. I ended up with an outfit that feels and looks great!
