“Went shopping for Christmas slippers and they had the cutest bear slippers for kids. The quality of their merchandise is great. My husband and daughter love their slippers. They fit well and are warm. They also had a nice selection of adventure/camping gifts from books and journals to supplies like food and gear.”

I had ordered multiple items online and was returning items that didn't work out...I always order multiple sizes. Instead of acting inconvenienced by my 5 separate returns, the manager was very nice and accommodating. I actually tried my online purchases on in the Chico's fitting room and the manager gave mw feedback as to what sizes she thought fit best. I will definitely return to this store! And, if I see something online for a less expensive price than the in-store price, the manager said that they will price match thecirrentday's online price! I was very impressed with the level of service at this store!:)”

“I've been coming to Lane Bryant since I was about 16.
I am always pretty reserved when I go to the store, I've been measured probably twice before and until today I stubbornly stuck with the size I was given like 6 years ago despite the fit becoming more and more uncomfortable.
I was helped by Maria today, and I'm so glad I decided to stop being stubborn and accept her help.
My size has gone up and she helped me find a really comfortable bra that didn't feel like it was squeezing me to death! lol
She is a lovely human being, beautiful inside and out and I have to say she gets a 10/10 from me for being so kind and patient. I know I can be a silly goose and just yap away when I get comfortable.
So thank you Maria, keep being amazing. I'll have to make more in store visits from now on so I don't buy the wrong sizes again online!”

“What can I say about this place? The people here are AMAZING. I came in on a Tuesday, 2 hours before I had to be at a wedding with NO idea what a cocktail dress was. Explained my situation (I had been looking all day, couldn't find one, felt like a busted can of biscuits in every dress I tried on that day).
The worker who greeted me at the door was amazing. She stopped everything she was doing when I told her I had less than 2 hours to find a dress and get to the wedding. She stopped everything she was doing when I told her I had less than 2 hours to find him a dress and get to the wedding she grabbed multiple dresses for me to try on, kept coming back to see if I needed help, kept bringing me more dresses.
Even though I couldn't find a dress, she helped turn my day around! To her, it was more than just doing her job, she genuinely wanted to help!
I had been to tons of other stores throughout the day, not one person treated me the way she treated me. Not one person cared to help the way she helped! I wish I had gotten her name, but you should definitely be proud of her! So if you're the salesperson that was there Tuesday, around 2:00 I appreciate you more than you know!”
“In store beats online! Ironically, I bought some T-shirts online without trying them on and ended up choosing the wrong size. This location was the closest to my home so I stopped in to exchange the T-shirts. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, the exchange I needed to make was addressed and accommodated, but the amazing salesperson Becky immediately walked me over to the section. I needed to make my exchange. She helped me identify the right sizes, additional colors, and then even suggested new jeans which were on sale. Of course, somehow she knew I needed those. Long story, short, in and out of the dressing room with her helping with every size I needed and handing them through the curtain. It made the shopping experience easy for somebody who hates shopping. A couple of items were available in the sizes I needed so Becky offered to send them directly to my home. Overall, this was a five star experience when most people think retail is dead. Thank you, Becky.”

“My wife and I went there to get something, based in the Sydney Sweeney ads. It had been a while. What a great surprise we had. A nice size store with a good amount of inventory, great desla, and as friendly and knowledgeable a staff as I can remember. Meghan took us under her wing, and spent an hour getting us exactly what we wanted. I ended up getting four quality shirts, and my wife, two jeans and a cute cat sweater.
