“I had the pleasure of getting fitted for my first pair of pointe shoes by Michelle, the owner, a few days ago. Both of the ladies in the store were so sweet and Michelle's personality made me feel immediately at ease. I was in love with the decor and sitting areas they had there. Even the fitting rooms were cute! They have a reasonable selection of leotards and skirts, undergarments, etc. Fabulous rewards program as well. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true, and good luck at your new location! ?

“Since taking Pure Barre I have not only noticed a difference physically but mentally. This facility pushes and encourages every individual to meet their full potential and more. The instructors and staff are extremely friendly and do their best to make sure clients' needs are met. I would recommend that everyone try taking Pure Barre for at least a month to see all the benefits that are to come.”

The staff is unfailingly pleasant and welcoming, but the best part about Leyla’s is the owner herself. She is knowledgeable about what she sells, helpful in selecting something to buy, has an upbeat personality, and is warmly professional. Leyla’s is definitely a “10”!”
“Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“Everyone was very helpful here. I made an online order for two T-shirts online. It told me that only one would be available in the store when I got there. When I got there, they had the other t-shirt, but they only gave me one, and told me that I still had the wait on the other one. It was about a week before it came. Very disappointing. On a regular they're very expensive but the sales are nice though when you can catch it”
“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0
I am very thankful. It was only a mug, but the employees really went above and beyond that day.”

“Ann Arbor's hidden gem. Hands down, my go-to spot for shopping in town. They have the cutest brands (Still Here, GUIZIO, Aviator Nation, Rag & Bone, Elwood, Bella Venice, Frankies Bikinis, etc) & a great selection of elevated denim you can’t find anywhere else nearby. I also love their charm bar/embroidery pop-ups. Definitely one of the best parts of going to school at UofM.”
“The store manager was great! I believe his name was Georgie — he was very knowledgeable and a very friendly individual. He helped me pick out a new pair of Vans and I was very happy with my visit to the store!”
“I’m not usually a boutique shopper because it intimidates me. I had the opportunity to attend a private shopping event at Ferne’s though and it changed everything. Dani was the absolute best. She matched my shade quickly, was eager to make sure I had what I needed, and I walked away feeling confident about my purchase. Annnd to top it all off, when they didn't have my shade she was so regretful and let me know she would put in an order and what time I should expect my foundation back in the store. “I had a very positive experience here for first time shopping. Before exploring WHBM, I was struggling to find work pants my size in stores around Ann Arbor. However, I could immediately picked two pairs of straight and wide leg pants here thanks to the supportive staff. They even checked in on me outside the fitting room and gave me some combinations to try. Very enjoyable experience.”
“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”
