Hard to get around the aisles busy stocking carts of stock in the way

Been a customer for years but for quite awhile now what e cigarettes I smoke with the tobacco are never in stock! Staff nice, but if it's the same owner he Never gives any refunds, no exception. For instance...Wrong item put in ur bag from innocent lack of communication at the time
