“Verizon has always taken good care of all my phone needs. Unfortunately had the typical took a phone on a roller coaster and it’s disappeared, and went to Verizon first thing this morning. The very kind wonderful Fox helped me out, he was extremely helpful and understanding, and has excellent customer service! Thank you again Fox, you are my favorite person this week! Verizon needs to give this man a raise for having the best customer service I’ve experienced.”

“I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
