“Definitely a great choice in the area for anything from light duty tows, heavy tows, long distance tows and heavy recovery. They offer trained operators and the most up to date fleet in the area from a 65 ton rotator to light duty wreckers. Also by choosing this local company for your needs your guaranteed to be giving back to the community because they are always pitching in when its needed.”

“Nathan went above and beyond for us after Coldwater Auto Service treated us very badly. I certainly hope and pray Napa finds another auto service center in the coldwater area. Napa deserves a much better place to represent them as an honest business.”

“Manager Al is a rock star!! He is dedicated to his job . A single women who knows nothing about cars and have been ripped off by family member. The right turn signal wasn't working and I went there to O Reilys around 9 asked Al for help. He said he would fix the light for me but had to wait for his other workers to come back when their shift started. He kept his word and put the light in and made sure I was safe to drive. Answer to prayer.”

“I had a flat tire and I had to call over 3 different companies in 3 different cities just to find someone to answer the phone. Coldwater auto center actually answered their phone and was super nice! I came in and they communicated with me very well. Most of the time when a woman comes into a auto place they don't get listened to very well. The staff was very professional and communicative. They listen to me and joked with me and just made the experience way better. Even though my tire was damaged beyond repair they made the experience better. Shout out to Jade and Diane. Walmart- if you see this, reward them. They are amazing. ❤️”
