“I had a flat tire and I had to call over 3 different companies in 3 different cities just to find someone to answer the phone. Coldwater auto center actually answered their phone and was super nice! I came in and they communicated with me very well. Most of the time when a woman comes into a auto place they don't get listened to very well. The staff was very professional and communicative. They listen to me and joked with me and just made the experience way better. Even though my tire was damaged beyond repair they made the experience better. Shout out to Jade and Diane. “This place is amazing, all around. I got my oil changed (synthetic), new air filter, all the fluids (except brake fluid) checked/topped off, all lights checked and found out my license plate lights were out, wiper blades checked, tire pressures checked, battery checked. There was no line to wait in, they were finished in about 10-15 minutes, and under a hundred bucks!”
