Every person involved from the lovely lady at the front desk, to John, the mechanic I worked with, were amazing. As a female, it’s hard to find places that take me seriously and don’t try to pull a fast one on me. I really appreciate the service I got, as well as the above and beyond communication and explanation of everything. I never once felt like I was being talked down to by anyone on this team, which is unfortunately a common occurrence I face at most mechanic shops I go to. “Traveling to get to South Bend, Indiana for my Cousin Mike 9am funeral, my car's check engine light came on by Marshall on I-69 when my #3 cylinder started misfiring. I called Coldwater Automotive at 4pm Friday explaining my desperate situation. They were kind enough to let me bring my car in at 4:15 pm even though they closed at 5:00 pm. The Owner John diagnosed my problem as a bad ignition coil on #3, ordered part and installed which kept him and his wife 20 minutes past closing time of 5:00. John did expert work and charged a fair price. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. These two good Samaritans are angels. Thank you.”
