What great service bought a tire there replaced my tire they took off the spare tire from the vehicle Installed the new tire with the rim and then they found that the stem on the spare tire was bad they went about and told me that the stem was bad that I should replace it and I said yes thank God they told me that otherwise my spare tire would’ve been leaking if I ever had another flat great great service highly recommend this place and we will forget you guys that day when I was there it was a bad blizzard. “A part of my tonneau cover fell off my truck on my travels up here making it inoperative. I called this shop and they said come on by so the could take a look at it. When I got there they had the right part, installed, fixed and back on the road 5 minutes later. Bed of my truck is back water tight and just in time , it rained all night. “Very thorough and job well done on the front end repair work for my 2017 Honda Civic. Looks just like new again. Had to wait a bit longer than expected, but they made sure everything was just right before getting her back to me. Will definitely recommend and go back to in the future shall I need them.

“I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. “I went to Advance Auto Parts in Benton Harbor needing a battery. I was greeted by Jake with professionalism, having a great attitude/customer service.
Jake went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He ordered a battery for me because it was a no-stock at his location. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped from South Bend was a used battery with low voltage readings that Jake had discovered. Jake told me he could have another battery within a few hours and will make sure the quality control was in place to ensure my battery was serviceable and ready to go. WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This store location is on the other side of town for me but I will go the extra distance knowing that Jake will be there to give OUSTANDING service.

“Worked recently with the Trident Dock and Dredge team to replace a sadly worn wood and gravel seawall. After much discussion with both Trident and the Deq, went with a 8-18” natural fieldstone rock riprap wall. The Trident team did an awesome job in fitting these rocks together for a very solid wall that takes away the wave energy. Very pleased with the results! Thx to the Trident team!”

Staff is super friendly, Now it depends on what you have,because unloading might be a few hours depending on your load...Anyone that says staff has a attitude, it's only because you bring one here with you.”

I chose Gerber based on the strength of their positive reviews, which far outweighed the few negative ones. The fact that my insurance adjuster had also worked with them and spoke highly of them was the icing on the cake.
Liz Stevens was fantastic with scheduling. We dropped the car off on a Sunday and it was ready in about a week. The repair was to the driver’s side door panel after someone backed into our car in a school parking lot.
When we picked the car up, we were genuinely impressed, you’d never know it had been in an accident. The panel gaps are perfect, the seams are straight, and the paint is an perfect match, which is especially impressive for a 10-year-old car. They even washed the car and gave the interior a quick detail.
If I ever need bodywork again, Gerber will absolutely be my first call.”

“They are good for things like oil and windshield wipers.
If you need an actual part for your vehicle then I suggest getting multiple sizes. Then maybe one will fit and you only have to go back once to return the other ones.
Edit: I take back this review. I was wrong. I have been back to this autozone many times by now and it is a good place.”
