“It's Ollie's so if you go in with that mindset, you'll know what to expect. Different merchandise and stock rotating constantly. The store always seems to be in a bit of disarray. Definitely understaffed though. On my visit there was only one checkout open and probably 10 people waiting to check out. Keep your eyes peeled and you'll find a good deal”

“I stopped in to pick up a couple things that I needed and a couple things that I didn't LOL the store wasn't super clean but it wasn't bad either. There was one lady working by herself that I could see and she was doing a good job she was very friendly very professional very courteous!”
“Great experience here... Filled my cart full of groceries and checked out, when I went to pay for the items, I realized I had forgotten my wallet... I told the cashier and put my cart behind the counter... I went home and returned to Dollar General and paid for my items... This clerk is to be commended! She figured out a way to keep the store running smoothly without having to run my items thru the check out a second time... I believe she was the first shift manager... Thank God for her consideration and concern for her customers! This incident happened today, 04-20-2021... And, she was able to do this, help customers, stock shelves and deal with a disgruntled employee all at the same time... Good job Dollar General on your choice of employees...”

“Always open when they say they are. Wide variety of items and always stocked. I live one mile away and have only found one random item that they didn’t have…. Otherwise I have always found what I went for and some items I wouldn’t expect them to have but they do! Staff always friendly and helpful”
“They have a new manager who, with the help of her team, is really cleaning up the Hartford Store!I love the sales that they have on already discounted items (especially household cleaning products! )Also, for sublimation crafters... they have great deals on polyester clothing!It's my local "go to" store!”

“Staff is amazing, friendly, and super helpful especially the new manager Teresa! Store is starting to look up from the past management that was there. Love love love this store! also keep in mind they’re the only store without going in to town so no wonder why they’re out of things they aren’t a grocery store :)”
