I think today I've finally met the nicest bank teller ever! She was welcoming, extremely pleasant and very accommodating. If every bank teller were as wonderful as Mrs. ToccoI, I believe that banks would have a much better reputation today. Thank you Mrs. Tocco for renewing my faith in my bank actually caring.

Staff take care of me and are usually quick to address issues and such. Sometimes there is a little wait but for how busy they can be they have taken care of me with respect and kindness.
