“I’ve been a member of Genisys Credit Union for over 40 years, dating back to when it was T&C, and the level of personal service has always been outstanding. Every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine friendliness. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make transactions smooth and stress-free while taking the time to understand and meet your needs. It’s rare to find a financial institution that combines professionalism with such a personal touch. I highly recommend Genisys to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a credit union that truly values its members.”

“This Huntington branch's tellers are extraordinary! I don't often find the need to visit their lobby but, when I do, I find the tellers to be really cheerful, willing to help, and great conversationalists. In fact, I have no doubt any one of these tellers would be a great neighbor. I just can't say enough good things about how these folks collectively make my bank experiences the best in my 60+ years of existence.”
