“Tried this gym for the first time this month, I’ve done other HIIT style workouts before but found this a really nice combo. The facility is very clean, easy parking, quick in and out, and a nice no-thinking workout since it’s planned for you. Love the music and Aaron is a great coach, I recommend him over the others I’ve tried.
The price slightly high to me and them making you buy their heart monitor to track it is not very sustainable when I already have a polar chest strap and a Whoop wristband. So, unless you’re a monthly member it costs around $35-40/visit if you don’t buy their $120 wristband since it is $10 per rental.
I liked the community feel and the staff and coaches were very nice, although they were a bit pushy to sign up and buy a package/membership which I didn’t like.”
