“We brought our car in for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. They sent their inspection video straight to my phone and suggested we get a tire rotation as well (which we approved). The waiting area is very comfortable and their coffee machine makes excellent coffee (many types). They were done before we knew it.”

“Interior cleaning was great, exterior clay and wax wasn’t thorough on my front fenders. Also, the seat belt latch to keep the alarm from going off on the passenger seat is missing.

“I just had my Ford Explore detailed and I can not get over how great of a job they did. My car looks brand new! I mean, the carpet doesn't have any dirt or hair in it, the leather looks new! I will be coming back and I will let everyone know how great they do.
The only down fall is the parking lot is quite small and can be a little tricky if there are other vehicles, but is not that big of a deal!”

“Great experience today. Attendants were very welcoming and friendly. The vacs worked great and not plugged up. The hot wax was great today. Looks like you were able to fix the consistency issue. Again, would be great to add more blowers to dry off the vehicle, but I understand constraints.
The only thing I would recommend, and I don’t know if it’s possible, but it would be great to have the person directing you in to spray down your vehicle a little better. It used to be that way, but now it just a light spray, which I assume is something for bug splatters. A nice solid pre-spray would be great to get any sand or particles off the vehicle before you go through the wash.
All in all, the Mister Car wash on Plainfield is the best one around. hands down!”

“I drive a truck attendant used to spray the front and back helps in a better wash but now I notice a problem with my truck getting as clean around the back window and panel. It seams like they're moving the next car in to quick. Janet Anderson and the price is getting a little bit high for service . I rated to much should been 4”

“No matter what the line looks like, you will never be there for more than 10-15 mins, and that’s INCLUDING your time actually going through the wash! We can’t forget to mention the FREE vacuums that are available to anybody, membership holder or not! I haven’t gone to another car wash in at least 7-10 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“My car actually got fully clean! Unlike the Greenville location, the overhead spinners fully engaged so that the whole car, including the windshield was properly cleaned. When I spoke to the Greenville manager/owner? when he called me after I left a negative review, he acted as if I was stupid and said that none of that equipment can engage on my car “because it could rip off the roof racks”…that excuse after those same mechanisms had washed my car for literally years. But back to your location…I especially really liked how well the cloth strips worked on the car—I wish all locations had those! Anyway, long story short—your location did an excellent job on my car, and I sincerely appreciate it!”
